You should receive an order confirmation once you have placed and paid for your order. If for any reason the payment didn’t go through, we will send you an email to let you know and give you some easy payment options.
Parcel Post: 2-4 Business Days (Price calculated at checkout) If you spend $99 or more when ordering from us your order is eligible for free shipping within Australia. Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days (Price calculated at checkout). * any free delivery offer we make does not apply to large orders for commercial use, or to any orders which require the use of bigger than our standard cartons. For these orders a fee of $12.95 per carton applies or you can call us on 1300 626 392 to discuss alternative delivery arrangements. Standard and free shipping are not available for international orders.
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express and Australia Post Standard International Shipping Please note that the shipping costs to each country vary. The cost will be shown at checkout upon selection. Please note that all import duties, taxes and charges are unable to be included in the item, shipping and handling costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with the customs office in the destination country to determine what these additional costs will be before proceeding with purchase. Standard Shipping: 8-15 Business Days. Express Shipping: 3-5 Business Days * mybodycare is not responsible for any delays, holds or additional costs that may be imposed by customs in the country of destination. All international returns are subject to our international returns policy.
We use Australia Post Mypost Business which takes approximately two to four days to deliver to Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane, a little longer to South Australia and up to seven working days to Western Australia. Please note Australia Post does not operate on weekends. Please note this does not apply to weekend orders as well as peak sale periods and peak holiday seasons with Australia Post. Orders may be delayed by up to 48 hours during these periods. Orders placed between 10am Friday and 10am AEST Monday are considered weekend orders. Delivery timeframes can vary over the public holiday periods due to overwhelming demand on postal services. RETURNS 1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional or food products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner. 2. OTHER RETURNS Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Mybodycare will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where: The product is damaged, or The product is faulty, and You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase. Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund, Customer need to notify Customer Service by email returns@mybodycare.com.au to report on the products upon 3 days of receiving the goods. Please allow up to 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
can be arranged under the following reasons 1. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or 2. If the products is near expiry or expired; or 3. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
If you’re in Sydney, you can pick up your order from our store at 47 Endeavour Street Seven hills NSW 2147 If you’ve ordered from us online just select our Free Pick-Up option when checking out. If you place your order before midday (AEST), your order will be ready for pick up the same day. Our store is open from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
