SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA When you order directly from MYBODYCARE, we dispatch orders received before 11 am (AEST) the very same day. (This applies to orders received Monday to Friday and excludes weekends or public holidays). Standard Shipping We use Australia post standard Parcel Post: 2-4 Business Days (Price calculated at checkout). If you spend $99 or more when ordering from us your order is eligible for free shipping within Australia. This is calculated on the Order Subtotal amount which excludes Shipping charges and Discounts. Standard Delivery Times We use Australia Post for our delivery service. For the Sydney metropolitan area, delivery takes one to two business days. Below is a list of estimated standard shipping times using Australia Post to other areas of Australia. Please note these are estimates and from time to time parcels may take longer to arrive.
Scams targeting Australia Post customers: Australia Post will never send you an unsolicited email asking for your password, credit card details or account information. SHIPPING WORLDWIDE / INTERNATIONAL All international parcels are charged based on total order value + region. At the checkout, once you have selected your country as your shipping destination, you will be presented with all shipping options available and shipping costs.

Customs
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any additional customs restrictions, clearance fees, import duties and rejected delivery costs which may apply to the products you are purchasing.
Taxes/Import Duties may be imposed once a shipment reaches your country thus we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We will not reimburse any charges which may be imposed.
Mybodycare is not liable for any cost that may be incurred due to customs tax or delivery tax.
We always declare correct order values. We clearly show the cost of goods and the cost of shipping for easy and accurate processing through customs.
Mybodycare holds no liability to any orders that are detained by any countries customs, this may also affect delivery times and Mybodycare holds no responsibility on the order being delivered within a certain time frame or cost.
All international returns are subject to our returns policy.
The shipping fee on a returned parcel is non-refundable as this has already been paid to the courier. If your order is returned to us due to unpaid taxes / import duties, we will only reimburse the total amount paid for the products if they return in a saleable condition. We cannot reimburse any costs you have paid for shipping.

Parcel Forwarding Services
Mybodycare is not responsible for any parcel forwarded on past the delivery address specified in the original order.
Missing Parcels
Mybodycare is not liable if something goes missing or is damaged once it leaves the shipping company and is forwarded to you.
If your order fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe:
- If you are not at the specified delivery address to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will leave a card providing pickup details or to reschedule the delivery.
- Sometimes these cards are misplaced or lost, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please check your dispatch email for tracking details and Contact Us if you require any assistance 1300 626 392
